$3.3M Demand Ends in $10K Verdict After 3-Week Trial

Jesse Allen & Zachary Mikucki received a verdict in a 3 week trial for a low speed, rear end accident case with admitted liability. Plaintiff was claiming TBI, had attorney-referred laser discectomy procedure, with $300k in medical expenses. In closing, they asked for the jury to award plaintiff $3.3M.

We had served a 998 for $100k & asked the jury to award her $23k.

After deliberating for most of the day, the jury just came back and, on a vote of 10-2, they awarded them $10k!
