Robert Wear is an associate attorney working in the firm’s Irvine office. Prior to joining the firm, Robert lived and practiced in the Vail, Colorado area where he specialized in real estate, business, land use, and administrative law. Robert represents defendants in civil litigation claims, bringing his experience and legal knowledge to effectively advocate for his clients.

Originally from Colorado, Robert obtained his Bachelor’s degree in English from Santa Clara University. He continued his education by earning his Juris Doctor from Tulane Law School where he was a student attorney for the Tulane Environmental Law Clinic and the Senior Business Editor for the Tulane Environmental Law Journal.

When he is not practicing, Robert is often found mountain biking, hiking, or skiing. He is also learning how to surf and enjoys spending time with his wife and exploring the beaches of Orange County.
