Jury Slashes $500K Claim to $65K

Jesse Allen and Zachary Mikucki received a verdict in a case where plaintiff entered trial with a final pre-trial demand of $500,000, alleging fractured ribs and sternum, spinal injuries, and a traumatic brain injury arising from an automobile accident.

After an 8-day jury trial, the defense challenged the extent of plaintiff's claimed injuries and damages.

The jury ultimately returned a verdict of just $65,100!
