Richard Muench received a verdict on a habitability case in Los Angeles County where this Plaintiff claimed cockroaches, mold, and a gas leak in his unit. His attorney asked for $270,000 to the jury.

We mediated this case twice, issued a 998 for $45,000 and a few days before Trial, we were up to $60,000 possibly $75,000 if Plaintiff would accept. He refused and pulled his prior numbers shooting back up to several hundred thousand dollars.
