$400K Demand Ends in Complete Defense Verdict

Alexandria Saravia and Douglas Guy just finished their trial in Los Angeles. This was a habitability case with four plaintiffs and 5 causes of action against our two client homeowners. Plaintiffs also argued for punitive damages. They advised the jurors to award just under $400,000 during the first phase. The jury returned a verdict in favor of our clients on all five causes of action on a 26 page verdict form and of course, no to punitive damages.
