Douglas has successfully represented clients in the fields of consumer warranty, products liability, the Consumer Legal Remedies Act, Business and Professions Code section 17200, elder abuse, auto accidents, premises liability, habitability, and toxic tort. He has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation, from initial pleadings through trial. He regularly negotiates cost-effective settlements for his clients and has obtained numerous early dismissals on demurrer and summary judgment.
