Chloé Kramer is an Associate Attorney with Gates, Gonter, Guy, Proudfoot & Muench LLP in its San Diego office. Chloé earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Mathematics from Northern Arizona University. During law school, she was a member of Law Review and served on the Board as the Executive Notes & Comments Editor. She was a Judicial Extern for Magistrate Judge Barbara Major, and Judge Anthony Battaglia at the United States District Court of Southern California. In May of 2025, she graduated cum laude from California Western School of Law and was admitted to the California bar later that year.

Previously, Chloé has worked in trusts and estate planning. As a law student, she gained practical experience in corporate law, employment, business organizations, personal injury, and more.

Outside of the office, Chloé enjoys trying new restaurants, watching and discussing films, reading, and yoga. Chloé also loves baseball, and travels in order to visit every Major League Baseball park. Although she has only been to twelve of the thirty ballparks, she is certain that the Padres’ Petco Park is the best in the league.
