Akshay Jain is an associate attorney working in the firm’s Irvine Office. Prior to joining the firm, Akshay lived in Fresno and worked in criminal defense at the Public Defender’s Office and then moved down to Orange County and worked in criminal defense at the Public Defender’s Office. Akshay represents defendants in civil litigation claims, bringing his experience and legal knowledge to advocate for his clients.

Originally from the Bay Area, Akshay obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Law/ Society from University of California – Riverside and his Juris Doctorate degree from Catholic University of America, Washington, D.C.
