Erin Haggerty is an associate attorney in the firm’s Irvine office. She represents defendants in claims stemming from vehicle accidents, pedestrian accidents, and premises liability.

Ms. Haggerty received her JD from Chapman University Fowler School of Law. During her time in law school, she served as a mediator for the Orange County Superior Court in the small claims division where she facilitated resolutions between parties addressing a wide variety of disputes. She also worked as a dispute resolution specialist with incarcerated youth, where she worked as a mentor and provided legal support.
