Ms. Gordon was born and raised in Reading, Pennsylvania but has called California home since 1989. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Political Science at University of San Diego. During her course of study, Ms. Gordon focused on jury behavior and civil rights. She conducted independent research on jury behavior at both Clark University and at University of San Diego. She then pursued her Juris Doctor at McGeorge School of Law. Throughout her law school career, Ms. Gordon worked as a certified law student where she conducted motion practice and tried criminal cases to verdict in both state and federal courts.

Since achieving her Juris Doctorate, Ms. Gordon has been admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Ms. Gordon tried numerous cases to verdict before juries in California state courts, including serious violent felonies and homicide cases.
