After graduating from UCLA, Mr. Gardner worked in the Hollywood film industry in script development. However, his passion for the law won out and he decided to become a lawyer. Mr. Gardner graduated magna cum laude from the Pepperdine University School of Law and passed the California Bar Examination.

Before working for Gates, Gonter & Guy, he practiced in the areas of business litigation and family law.

At Gates, Gonter & Guy, Mr. Gardner’s entire practice is dedicated to litigation, where he represents defendants in personal injury claims stemming from motor vehicle accidents and premises liability. He takes his responsibility to his clients seriously and works diligently to represent their interests, fight against claims that are fraudulent or frivolous, and ensure his clients feel comfortable during the legal process.
