Kaylee Carroll is an associate attorney in the San Diego office, where she represents individuals and businesses in personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death claims, and general negligence matters.
Kaylee has handled cases through all phases of pre-trial litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, and mediation. She has successfully negotiated and resolved numerous claims on behalf of her clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Kaylee worked at a firm representing clients in employment law matters. She also served as a law clerk at a mass torts firm handling litigation related to the Boy Scouts of America and gained courtroom experience as a legal intern with the San Diego Public Defender's Office. During law school, she served as President of the Women's Law Association.
Kaylee earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee and her Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2024. She was admitted to the California Bar in January 2025.
Outside of work, Kaylee enjoys spending time with her husband, two dogs, and kitten. She loves reading, traveling, listening to live music, and relaxing at the beach.
